Our mission
The founder
I spent six years working inside the marketing industry — running paid campaigns across e-commerce, esports, lead generation and multiple client niches for business owners who were building agencies of their own. I was good at generating traffic. The problem was what happened after.
The businesses I worked under were delivering leads. Phone numbers. Contact details. They'd hand them over and call it a result. But I was close enough to the numbers to see the reality — contractors were paying for enquiries that ghosted them, tyre-kickers who were just getting prices, jobs that had already been done by someone else. The conversion rates were poor and nobody was fixing the fundamental problem.
What was missing wasn't more leads. It was the layer between the lead and the appointment — qualification, follow-up, booking, CRM. The whole pipeline that turns an interested stranger into a confirmed conversation. That gap existed because building it was complex, expensive, and required real expertise. Most agencies just didn't bother.

Background
I didn't start in an agency. I started by building my own thing. Mireaux was an e-commerce brand I grew to six figures — running every Meta and Google campaign myself, learning what actually converts versus what looks good in a deck. That hands-on pressure of spending your own money on ads teaches you faster than anything else.
Esports was a completely different world. At Wizard Gaming I was marketing to audiences who could smell inauthenticity from a mile away. You had to earn attention, not buy it. It sharpened my creative instincts and pushed me to think about brand and messaging at a level that pure performance marketing never had.
This is where everything clicked — and where the frustration started. At AutoScaled Roofers and SpontaSecure I was deep inside lead generation for contractors, running campaigns that generated real volume. But I kept hitting the same wall: the leads were going out the door, contractors were paying for them, and nobody was closing the gap between a lead and a booked job. The follow-up wasn't there. The qualification wasn't there. The pipeline was leaking and everyone just accepted it.
I spent a long time thinking someone else would solve it. A bigger agency would come along and build the full system. It didn't happen. The incentive wasn't there — agencies got paid on leads delivered, not jobs closed.
